Balloon animals - which I did years ago, gave up, and then started again after the Fellowship of Christian Magicians convention back in July 2011.

Napkin roses - which are what they sound like, paper napkins twisted into origami flowers. These are a “classier” giveaway, and it also considers those who have a latex allergy.
